Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has commenced with the structural development work in Park Enclave II and III (launched in August), according to a news report shared on Friday (November 27).
The CDA Development Working Party (CDA-DWP) recently provided its approval to the PC-I for initiating development work in the project. The civic agency had conducted the Park Enclave III ballot in September to determine 1,047 successful applicants.

At the moment, the authority is busy completing the Park Enclave III’s fencing work and conducting other developments. In Park Enclave II, survey work has already been completed, while work is underway on completing the road network, installing the street lights and conducting earthwork.
Earlier in September, the CDA had provided its approval to the issuance of PKR 96 million for installing gas-supply infrastructure in Park Enclave I.
