Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is working to develop a strategy to complete pending development work in its various sectors in the capital, stated a news report. These include E-12, I-11, I-12, I-15, Park Enclave II, Kuri Model Village, F-12 and G-12.
The CDA officials, while talking to media, said that in most of the stalled sectors, issues were raised against the built-up property (BuP) as in many cases the civic agency announced BuP award for land but didn’t give the possession for it. The CDA officials have said that they have two options to choose from; to go against the encroachers, or amend their rules to make package deals for the affected people.
