For its development, PUU conduct a countrywide survey of property owned by PR. The records of all PR offices, stations, and commercial, residential and agricultural lands have been digitised.
PU has also initiated a process to educate (phase-wise) PR’s departments of Property and Land & Engineering regarding the use of the software.

In this regard, a meeting was held in Multan’s PR Office. PR Divisional Superintendent (DS) Ameer Muhammad Dawood Pota presided over the session. Other participants included PR Property and Land Director Syed Asif Mateen Zaidi and Project Director Hafeezullah Khan.
The meeting members were informed that the record of all land owned by the PR had been digitised.
They were told that the software would help the PR keep track of ‘every inch of its property’. Furthermore, it will also help the department in identifying any encroachment activity conducted on their land – and save records of any land leased to third-parties.
