Islamabad: Acting Speaker National Assembly Qasim Khan Suri on Thursday stated that the socio-economic development of Balochistan is interlinked with Gwadar Port, according to news sources. He also mentioned that the timely completion of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects will benefit the locals of the province.

Addressing the gathering at Parliament House, the acting speaker also stated that the current fiscal budget is prepared for the welfare of the people and that significant sums have been set aside for the province’s growth.
Furthermore, he stated that the progress and development of Balochistan will be viewed as the progress and development of the country.
