Gujranwala: The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has decided to attach properties for recovery of PKR 3 billion in bills, a news source reported. The action will be taken under The Revenue Recovery Act, 1890.
SNGPL has to recover a total of PKR 6 billion in hundreds of recovery cases. Out of these, 1,300 cases have been decided and consumers owe SNGPL PKR 3 billion under them. In the cases that have already been decided, the help of deputy commissioners will be obtained for recovery. Letters have been sent to deputy commissioners of Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Gujrat among others for the purpose.
