Rahim Yar Khan: The district administration on Thursday approved building plans for 68 constructions – a news source reported.
A meeting of the District Planning and Design Committee took up the cases for discussion. Deputy Commissioner Jamil Ahmed presided over the special session.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Gen Sheikh Muhammad Tahir, Deputy Director Housing, SDO Highways, and several planning officials and police officers attended the meeting.
The deputy commissioner said that there was a need to approve building plans as per the requirements of the city. He directed the officials concerned to remove loopholes regarding constructions in the city.

A total of 72 cases were taken up by the committee for approval. Out of 72, sixty-eight were approved while one was rejected. Owners of the remaining cases were asked to get their plans revised.
