Faisalabad: Punjab Minister for Industries and Trade Mian Aslam Iqbal has said that the government plans to list all taxes due on a single form – in a bid to facilitate taxpayers.

He was addressing members of the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI). Parliamentarians Latif Nazar and Mian Khayal Kastro, Deputy Commissioner Sardar Saifullah Dogar, Secretary Industries Punjab Nadeem ul Hassan, President FCCI Syed Zia Alamdar Hussain, Vice Presidents Mian Tanvir, and Ihtisham Javed were all present at the occasion.
The minister said that the government will offer incentives to promote a business-friendly environment. To facilitate this end, a target of 10% growth rate has been fixed for industries.
Moreover, a one-window operation is being devised to facilitate the industrialists. Minister Iqbal also vowed to resolve the complete set of issues currently being faced by the business community.

He said that several industrial zones were being established; adding that existing ones will be upgraded. Besides, three technical universities will be established in Rawalpindi, DG Khan and Mandi Bahauddin.
