Karachi: Sindh High Court has filed a notice against Karachi Development Authority (KDA) for the usage of 49 acres of land, according to a news report. This information has been filed by Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), which informed the court that the land belongs to it.
The organisation further highlighted that a notification on this also had been issued in a bid to transfer the land which is currently being developed by KDA for North Karachi Township Housing Scheme.
