As claimed in the details, key among these was the authorisation for the Cantonment Board to collect property taxes in cantonment areas, retaining 2% as service charges and remitting the balance to the Sindh government.
The cabinet sanctioned the creation of the Sindh Business One Stop Shop, integrating 16 departments to simplify business procedures and attract investment. This initiative will facilitate online payments, tracking, notifications via SMS and email, and e-certificates, supported by amendments to relevant laws for an e-licensing portal.
