Bijarani, on the visit to Sukkur Barrage, received a briefing from the chief engineer of the barrage and discussed irrigation issues. Speaking the media, Bijarani said that the lifespan of Sukkur Barrage has already end. All the gates of the barrage will need to be replaced through modern techniques for the barrage continued use.
