Shelter homes in darbars planned for Lahore, other cities

Multan: The Auqaf Department will establish shelter homes for devotees in darbars situated across the province, a news source reported.

Specifically, these shelter homes will be established at Data Darbar in Lahore, the Shrine of Bahauddin Zakariya in Multan, and the Shrine of Baba Farid in Pakpattan.

Previously, the department had sought a list of darbars situated in Rawalpindi for developing the said facilities.

The officials concerned were asked to compile a list of darbars covering more than two kanals of land, in order to host large numbers of devotees.
