Karachi: The Sindh High Court has ordered an official of Karachi Metropolitan Corporation to appear before the court and clarify his stance on negligence towards the poor maintenance of Jahangir Park.
The issue came to light when Agha Syed filed a petition in the court stating that the Jahangir Park had been neglected by the officials concerned for the last 16 years.
The petitioner requested the court to direct respondents to rehabilitate the park and remove any encroachments there.
