According to the details, the two-judge bench led by Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput ordered the municipal corporation to compensate homeowners prior to house demolition and to file a compliance report with the court within one month. The court was told during the hearing that KMC had allocated the property to homeowners in 1982 and subsequently regularised the same in 1987. However, in 2006, the SHC ordered land recovery, which was not carried out.
