Karachi: The Sindh High Court (SHC) has issued orders to bar the development of an educational institution on a plot in the Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society (PECHS).
According to a news source, the SHC issued the orders after receiving a petition from a PECHS Block 6 resident against the illegal use of residential land for the development of an educational institution. The SHC’s division bench, with Justice Irfan Saadat Khan in the chair, has directed the respondents to use the land for residential purposes only.
