Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has failed to control the flow of sewage into natural streams, according to a news source.
Reportedly, the sewage treatment plant of the Federal Capital is working at 20 percent capacity and the civic authority is unable to ensure that private housing schemes, large institutions and apartment blocks set up their own plants.
