Peshawar: A modern Services Club, modeled after the prestigious Peshawar Club, is set to be established near Hayatabad at the intersection of Ring Road. The project, part of the Peshawar Uplift Programme Phase II, will be developed on 34 kanals of reclaimed land previously occupied by encroachments.
The initiative, approved by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, aims to provide state-of-the-art recreational facilities for the city’s residents. Commissioner Peshawar Division Riaz Khan Mahsud is overseeing the development to ensure its timely execution.

The proposed Services Club will include a family park, restaurant, jogging track, restrooms, tennis court, swimming pool, and other modern amenities. To expedite the project, the commissioner has directed the project engineer to prepare the PC-1 and submit a detailed report without delay.
Highlighting the importance of the project, Commissioner Mahsud stated that this initiative aligns with the provincial government’s “Clean and Green Peshawar” campaign, which focuses on urban renewal and public welfare. He also hinted at plans to identify more locations for similar developments across Peshawar.
