Lahore: The administrative personnel of service stations sealed for not complying with government orders have begun installing water recycling plants – a news source reported.
The city district administration previously sealed several service stations in the city that didn’t have this facility. As a result of this crackdown, the concerned station owners have started installing water plants in the presence of government officials.

The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) will unseal these facilities once the process of installing filtration plants is complete.
In November last year, the Lahore High Court (LHC) had ordered to shut down service stations operating without a water recycling system. Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi had issued these directives to WASA and the Lahore Development Agency.
The court previously granted a two-month deadline to service stations pertaining to the installation of a water reclamation system.
