SEPA officials revealed that an environmental protection order had been issued against these under-construction projects. Previously, it had been made mandatory for all development projects to obtain an approval from the SEPA —with the public also having been cautioned to check for a No Objection Certificate from the environmental agency before making any real estate decisions.
