Among the approved bills are; Islamabad Capital Territory Trust Bill 2020 and the Control of Narcotic Substances (Amendment) Bill, 2020 – which are in compliance with the FATF conditions (a 27-point action plan to help move Pakistan out of the grey list).
Prior to deferring these two bills, the Senate also approved the Anti-Terrorism (Amendment) Bill 2020. The other two proposed bills were again not taken up by the house as they are still to be okayed by the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Bill 2020 and the Companies (Amendment) Bill 2020.
