The LDA City project inventories are being exclusively marketed by Zameen.com. Following its clearance by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), the demand for the project files has increased. To this effect, local realtors have stated that market prices of LDA City are poised for a hike in the foreseeable future and investors are likely to score some solid medium-term gains.
Previously, the LDA Governing Body had provided its approval to the collection of development charges from the scheme’s plot owners at the previously communicated discounted rates.
