Rawalpindi: The Punjab government has made a significant decision to change the scope of Kutchery Chowk Remodelling Project, a news source reported on July 17.

The provincial government has decided to widen road in order to improve traffic flow in the area. A Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) senior official (whose name was not disclosed) mentioned that the authority has been ordered to come up with a new plan for PKR 6.4 billion Kutchery Chowk Remodelling project.

The RDA has sought assistance from NESPAK, a reputable engineering consultancy firm, to develop a comprehensive proposal for road expansion. The total cost of the project will be determined in the near future, allowing for timely initiation of the construction process.
