In response, the chief justice handed over two cheques worth PKR 40 million and PKR 60 million, respectively, to the companies concerned. Previously, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) had submitted the cheques to the apex court.
On Wednesday, the top judge ordered the authorities concerned to ensure timely completion of OLMT. Chief Justice Nisar warned that non-compliance would be deemed as contempt of court.
