Karachi: The Supreme Court (SC) issued orders to stop transactions of state land in Karachi during a hearing on March 9 regarding the adjustment of 43 Dehs of land by the Malir Development Authority (MDA).
Reportedly, a civil rights campaigner had moved the court who alleged that the MDA made land adjustments in favour of the management of a private housing project.
The matter is due to be reviewed in court on March 10, per a news source.
