Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) – in collaboration with Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) and commercial banks – is organising ‘Mera Pakistan, Mera Ghar Mela’ at the Circle Club in Faisalabad on March 19 and 20, according to a news story published on Friday (March 18).

The two-day festival is a free-for-all to attend from 11 AM to 8 PM. At the event, the banks will provide comprehensive information about the Mera Pakistan, Mera Ghar (MPMG) subsidised financial facility for low-income groups. It is a one-of-a-kind event where the developers, real estate agents, and builders will display their projects for investment. The interested buyers and investors will be briefed about the housing units or apartments they can get through the financial facility.

Moreover, the SBP disclosed that the residents of Faisalabad (who want to purchase or construct their house) can get information regarding their eligibility for availing the housing finance and monthly instalments based on their monthly income and required financing amount.
