The World Bank has collaborated with SBCA for launching a one-window operation. Under the initiative, building plans and revenue collection will be digitised. The Karachi Development Authority (KDA) and the Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) will also be facilitated.
All relevant systems will be connected to the Land Administration & Revenue Management Information System (LARMIS). This computerized framework will aid SBCA in its compilation of data regarding building plans and demolition challans.
