Karachi: The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) canceled the license of a developer for violating building laws in his building located in Surjani Town.
According to a news source, the authority halted all development work, banned sale-purchase activity and warned the public against booking property in that building.
SBCA Director-General Mumtaz Haider canceled the builder’s license after taking notice of various violations.
