Faisalabad: The Saudi Arabian and Malaysian industrialists are scheduled to visit the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) from June 21 to 24, news sources reported. The industrialists will meet with the members of the chamber to explore investment potential in various fields.

As per the news sources, a 35-member Saudi investor group is scheduled to arrive on June 23. The main focus of the investment talks will be real estate, construction, education, food, agriculture, logistics, renewable energy, and other fields. Briefing the media about the high-level visit, the President of the FCCI Atif Munir said that the delegation will visit the local industrialists to explore the business-to-business (B2B) opportunities in Pakistan.
He further said that the Trade and Investment officers (TIO) of Pakistan who are posted in various countries have visited Pakistan and have been pivotal in attracting investors from all their respective countries. He hoped that this latest visit would increase foreign direct investment (FDI) in the country and various industries.

As per the president, this visit has been the result of the Pakistan Economic Conference that was held to encourage investment in various sectors.
