Islamabad: The Saudi Arabian government has signed three grant agreements for infrastructure and energy projects under CPEC in Pakistan, according to a news report. These agreements were signed during the Prime Minister’s recent visit to Saudi Arabia and were signed by a Saudi envoy and finance ministry officials.
More agreements along similar lines will be signed in the next week. A high level delegation would be coming to Pakistan to finalise the agreement between Islamabad and Riyadh on Sunday. It is expected that various pledges have been made by Riyadh for mega-investment and monetary assistance to Pakistan.
