Speaking on the occasion, the DC declared that the app would not only perform as an open court for complaints, but also keep the complainants informed all the progress made in resolving their issues.
When a complaint is submitted, it will be scanned and a code will be allocated to it before it is forwarded to the relevant office. The complainant will be kept up to date about the progress of his complaints through SMS.
