Islamabad: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development Sayed Zulfikar Abbas Bukhari on Monday inaugurated the ‘Country Homes and Luxury Apartments’ at Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Valley Zone V – designed with an aim to provide safe and lucrative investment opportunities to the expatriates, according to news sources.
In his inaugural address, SAPM Bukhari stated that the scheme included 200 villas – to be built in four phases and will offer international accommodation facilities to the expats. Under the initial phase, the OPF has initiated the procedure of constructing 50 villas in the valley to ensure early and transparent project completion.

Further, he stated that a villa was priced at PKR 27.7 million (with 10% of the total price set as down payment) and could be availed on a two-year payment plan. He also revealed that a multi-tower structure would be built f0r 120 luxury apartments in the project. It was informed that the Country Homes and Luxury Apartments scheme will include park, restaurant, commercial plaza, schools, mosque and a college. The provision of basic amenities has already been ensured in the area.
Moreover, he stated that the government had retrieved 102 kanals from the unlawful occupation in OPF Valley and transferred possession to the allottees.
