Samhan Group launches forms for its upcoming projects

Samhan Group officially launched Samhan Housing on 19th November 2016. In this regard, an event was held at Royal Palm in Lahore, which was attended by more than 2,000 people from all walks of life. The event was very lively as famous comedians and musicians were invited to entertain the guests. The best performing dealers registered with the group were handed over car keys and tickets for a trip to Dubai.

Most of the attendees were real estate investors, brokers and builders who have worked with Samhan Group or want to work with it, as the company is looking to establish dealerships across Pakistan.

With that said, let’s discuss the future projects of Samhan Group.

The group plans to launch housing projects in Lahore, Islamabad and Attock. According to Samhan Group Marketing Manager Sheraz Khan, the Attock project will be launched in January 2017. Currently, the forms for Samhan Housing are being circulated in the market.

Salient features of Samhan Housing forms

As the group plans to launch its projects in multiple cities, the same form will be used for all of its projects. These forms will even be adjustable in other upcoming projects and the face value of each form is PKR 15,000.

The booking of plots will be done via a computerized ballot and only the holders of forms will be able to book properties. Please note that one registration form will be required to book one property. However, for multiple bookings, you will be required to buy and submit multiple forms. Per the company’s policy, forms of successful applicants will be adjusted for PKR 100,000 in the property’s payment plan. In case an applicant opts for refund, they will get PKR 15,000.

Security and verification of forms

Each form has a PKR 20 currency note attached to it. The last digits of the currency note’s serial number match the last digits of the form’s serial number. Samhan Group has taken good care to curb the circulation of fake forms and encourages buyers to get their forms verified through an SMS or the company’s website. So, it would be best that every buyer verifies the serial number of the form before buying it.

Make sure the currency note attached to the form is genuine. In this regard, you can visit the official website of the State Bank of Pakistan to confirm the authenticity of the note. Samhan Group has also declared that the company will not be responsible for fake forms or fake currency notes attached to them.
