Islamabad: The Quaid-e-Azam Alumni Association has agreed to collaborate with the Safar-e-Meharbani initiative to distribute rations and other supplies in various parts of Islamabad and 20 additional cities amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, according to news sources.

This initiative is being expanded across city borders by the former students and professors of the Quaid-e-Azam University (QAU). The association has announced that it will continue their efforts to provide supplies to the deserving sections of society over the months of May and June as well.
Furthermore, the administrators of this initiative have also finalised their arrangements to accommodate people at sehar and iftar times during the upcoming holy month of Ramzan.

Secretary Quaid-e-Azam Alumni Association Murtaza Noor said in a media briefing that this relief initiative would be implemented in over 20 cities of Pakistan during Ramzan.
