Lahore: Only one day is left until the much-awaited ballot of the 10-marla and 1-kanal plots in Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA)’s housing project Chahar Bagh, Zameen News has learned. The balloting will take place on March 31.
Chahar Bagh is located adjacent to the Ring Road Interchange on the Lahore-Islamabad Motorway (M-2). While it is 10 minutes’ drive from the Allama Iqbal International Airport.
It has been declared the country’s first smart and planned urban development project.
The interested parties and individuals were asked to submit applications until March 21. To encourage Non-resident Pakistanis (NRPs) to participate, RUDA has provided a 5% reduction on the suggested tariff.
