Lahore: Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Imran Amin highlighted the ongoing efforts to rejuvenate the River Ravi during a visit to the river training site, as reported in a news article on August 23.

During the visit, the RUDA CEO was informed that 3km of the first phase of river training has been completed, with packages 1, 1A, 2, and 2B progressing rapidly. CEO Amin also inaugurated the construction of a new section linking the existing work to the Lahore-Sialkot Motorway. Additionally, the CEO visited the Mehmood Booti site, now transformed into an urban park powered by a 5-megawatt solar system.

He also inspected the Chaharbagh residential project, urging officials to expedite infrastructure work and complete the flyover feasibility study connecting the project to the Lahore Ring Road.
