Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has started registering dealers to sell and purchase plots for its various projects, an advertisement published on February 06 in leading newspapers read. The applications are being invited from financially stable dealers to participate in the registration process.

According to the advertisement, all applicants who satisfy the prerequisites can acquire the application form from RUDA’s official website and submit it along with the non-refundable registration fee of PKR 100,000 by Pay Order or Bank Drafts. The payment will be made in the name of the RUDA, together with the fully completed application form and accompanying documentation. The application must be filed within 30 days after the advertisement’s publication.

To be eligible, the applicant firms must be:
- On active taxpayer list (ATL) and are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as Designated Non-Financial Business and Professions (DNFBP).
- The applicant dealers must be registered with Punjab Excise Department under the Regulation of Business (Ordinance 1980).
