Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has announced pre-registration for its Smart Residential Complex, ‘Chahar Bagh Condominiums – Ehata Almigir’, according to an advertisement on the RUDA’s official website. The project’s inventory comprises studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses.

The project is called ‘Ehata Almigir,’ which translates as ‘Neighborhood of the Emperors’. The project is being created as part of Lahore’s first smart residential project, branded as ‘Modern, Majestic, and Smart’, and is the first of its kind in the city of gardens.
The authority has not released the list of amenities or pre-launch price of the project yet. Interested parties can register their interest by visiting RUDA’s official website https://ruda.gov.pk.
