Lahore: The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has invited applications for bookings of apartments in their flagship Smart Residential Complex, ‘Ahata Alamgir – Chahar Bagh Condominiums’, according to an advertisement on the RUDA’s official website. Registration is open for studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.

The project is named ‘Ahata Alamgir,’ which translates as’ Neighborhood of the Emperors.’ The project is being built as part of Lahore’s first innovative residential project, branded as’ Modern, Majestic, and Smart, ‘and is the first of its kind in the city of gardens. The project is part of the Punjab government’s green and innovative city project and is expected to be launched soon with the acquisition of the land in progress.
Interested parties can register their interest by visiting RUDA’s official website, https://ruda.gov.pk. According to a news source, Ahata Alamgir will comprise four towers, each having 15 storeys. The apartments can be booked at 10% of the unit’s total price, while the remaining amount has to be cleared in instalments spanning 5 years.

It is important to mention that RUDA is a flagship 45-kilomtre-long smart city project that includes dedicated residential, commercial, and industrial areas and a modern urban jungle system. The project was launched in 2020 to improve the city’s environment and offer better residential amenities.
