The lands will be then handed to the RUDA, along with the ownership rights. According to the details, potential land suppliers must register with RUDA by paying a one-time registration cost of PKR 50,000 and submitting an application on the specified form till November 20 2021. Once registered, the entities would be able to collaborate with RUDA on project development. It is worth noting that the RUDA project is the largest planned urban development project on the Ravi River. The project is a major development proposal that is battling to obtain the necessary land from the project’s surrounding landowners.
