Lahore: Topaz Block, a division of the Ravi Urban Development Authority under the Punjab Government, has officially announced the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the design, build, finance, own, operate, and maintain (DBFOM), according to an official Facebook post on February 11.

Pursuant to the details, it is a significant real estate development project spanning approximately 12,500 acres. The project is to be executed through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, according to an official Facebook post on February 11. Interested parties are invited to procure the RFP documents, with the deadline for acquisition set for March 1, 2024 (Friday). The submission deadline for bids is March 4, 2024 (Monday), at 1500 hours / 3:00 PM.
The Topaz Block project aims to foster collaboration between the public and private sectors to realise a transformative vision for urban development. The endeavour seeks to create a sustainable and vibrant community while stimulating economic growth and enhancing the region’s infrastructure.
