Gujranwala: The administration of Royal Palm City Gujranwala has announced its decision to conduct its plot balloting process by the end of this month (October), a news source reported. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ahmad Waqas Aujla said that the management would soon organise a balloting event to facilitate the construction of houses in the locality.

Along with the CEO, Director Dr Usman Iqbal recently inaugurated a road carpeting initiative in Royal Palm City. The administration announced it had successfully commenced with the road asphalting effort.
At the occasion, both senior officials also announced that the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) had approved the provision of electricity supplies for the society. They added that NEPRA had also approved the construction of a separate grid station for the Royal Palm City.
Meanwhile, the Sui Northern Gas Pipeline (SNGPL) has completed its gas supply installation work, along with the test-run of this system, in the scheme. Gas connection was approved earlier in 2018.
Aujla and Iqbal revealed that during the process of approval from the Gujranwala Development Authority (GDA), they had pursued with the development work. They added that they had already completed the paperwork for the provision of gas, water and sewerage supplies. They stated that the administration had also completed a significant portion of work required for electricity distribution.
Both officials assured that the construction of roads in the housing scheme would also reach completion status soon. They added that members were appreciative of the commercial area of the Royal Palm City and individuals should seek investment opportunities in the society.

CEO Aujla revealed that the government recently approved the construction of a 100ft-wide road and linking of Kacha Aminabad Road to Sialkot-Lahore Motorway. He added that Royal Palm City would establish a commercial area adjacent to this road. He assured that the members would have access to several business opportunities here.
