Sargodha: The last date for payment of development charges for Rose Valley are 31st March 2018, according to a notification issued by the developers, Roshaan Homes. Roshaan Homes had taken on the administration of Rose Valley on 10th July 2017 and had begun development work in the housing scheme.
According to the notification, on 10th November 2017, Roshaan Homes had imposed PKR 20,000 per marla development charges on the plot-owners in Rose Valley. A surcharge of five thousand will be applied each month after 31st March, according to the notification, and will be retrieved before possession is granted.
