Charsadda: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs Faza, Shakoor Khan on Monday (February 14) inaugurated construction work on the Ghani Khan Road in the district, according to a news report.

As per the details, the minister disclosed that the road will be constructed using the highest quality materials and will be beautified as it is a gateway to Charsadda. It was mentioned that PKR 93 million will be spent on the construction and beautification of the Ghani Khan road project. The project will boost trade activities in the district.

Similarly, the local lawmakers inaugurated the reconstruction work on several areas in the Bajaur tribal district. Member National Assembly (MNA) Guldad Khan and Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) and District Development Advisory Committee (DDAC) Chairman Ajmal Khan inaugurated the work on the 3-kilometre Mir Khan to Bararo road in the Arang area in Uthmankhel tehsil and 1.5-kilometre Chaman to Paishto road in Khar tehsil. Reportedly, the said projects will be completed under the Accelerated Implementation Programme (AIP), at the cost of PKR 104 million.
