Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has finalised a list of properties to be retrieved from illegal occupation, in line with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar’s launch of anti-encroachment drive, according to a news report. For assistance, local police and administration have also been contacted.
The LDA Director General has formulated five special teams for carrying out operations in different localities in the LDA-controlled areas of the city. All relevant estate management directors have also been appointed as conveners of the committees. Apart from this, 22 operational filling stations from all around the city are to be auctioned soon by the LDA.
