Faisalabad: The Deputy Commissioner Sardar Saifullah Dogar has instructed local government departments to resolve the issues of overseas Pakistanis on a priority basis, a news source reported. He directed that all complaints about local issues faced by overseas Pakistanis should be resolved as soon as possible.
The commissioner was presiding over the meeting of district overseas committee. City Police Officer (CPO) Ashfaq Ahmed Khan, and MPA/member overseas committee Khayal Ahmad Kastro also attended the meeting.
The meeting reviewed 93 complaints of the overseas Pakistanis. Most of these complaints related to illegal occupation of their properties, division inherited property, and related to money matters.
The Deputy Commissioner instructed the respective assistant commissioners to check land revenue records to confirm the details of the land and report on the matter. Then these problems will be resolved.
