Karachi – The president of Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) was called on by a delegation of Defence Society Residents’ Association, last Wednesday.
The meeting was held to discuss the issues regarding cleanliness and non-functioning streetlights in cantonment areas.
Farrukh Waseem Khan, CBC President, told the delegation that the water problems were under control lately, but due to water supply shortage from Karachi Water & Sewerage Board, residents faced inconvenience.
He gave assurance to the delegation that the streetlights will be fixed and sanitary situation will be improved in the cantonment localities.
