Lahore: The Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development has launched a limited number of residential plots in Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) Town, Lahore that are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, according to a publication shared in several national dailies today (June 9). The plots on offer are available in sizes of 8, 6 and 5 marlas.

The publication further states that a 10% discount is also on offer but it doesn’t mention the conditions set for availing this concession. OPF Town plots are available on a 2-year payment plan where instalments are to be paid in 8 quarters; with applicants required to deposit a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 alongside their applications.

OPF Town is located on Raiwind Road at a distance of a few minutes’ drive from the Lahore Ring Road Interchange at Adda Plot; adjacent to the OPF Green Housing Scheme. The society features a modern security system, wide and carpeted roads, spacious parks, and a commercial area with ample parking space. Furthermore, gas and electricity connections are also available.

As per the advertisement, the offer is only valid for OPF members. Overseas Pakistanis not registered with the foundation are required to become members in order to apply for the plots on offer. For this end, they can download the application forms available at www.opf.org.pk and make the completed submissions online along with a bank draft of PKR 2,000.
