Bahawalpur: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration has launched residential and commercial plots on easy instalments, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on Sunday (October 17).
As per the details shared in the post, the residential plots are available in 5, 8, 10-marla, and 1-kanal plot cuts, while the commercial plots are available in 2 and 5-marla plot sizes. The booking for these plots is open from October 17 till November 15. The members can even apply online through forms available on the authority’s website.
As mentioned, the plots are available on 3-year easy instalment plans. The DHA Bahawalpur administration has also announced discount offers for its valued members. Here are the details about the discounts:
2.5% on the 2-year instalment plan
5% discount on the 1-year instalment plan
10% on lump sum payment within 3 months of down payment
