Rawalpindi: The Rescue 1122 and Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) are set to constitute a joint committee to initiate action against buildings with no firefighting equipment.
According to a news source, the committee would fine the owners and seal their buildings for lacking firefighting equipment. The news source reported further that the decision to take action was taken after 551 buildings were declared insecure by Rescue 1122.
