Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has prepared plans to repair and maintain the roads in Allama Iqbal Town at a cost of PKR 256 million, a news source reported.
Under the project, LDA will extend and improve the intersection near Joray Pull under a project to improve traffic circulation in the area. The project will cost PKR 46 million.

Meanwhile, Main Boulevard Samanabad will also be repaired and restored from Multan Road to New Mozang Gol Chakar. This project will be completed at a cost of PKR 10 million.
In addition to these projects, work will also be done on the repair, restoration and maintenance of inner roads in several smaller societies. This and other patchwork is expected to cost around PKR 200 million.
