As per details, the NLC had contributed 10% of the project’s total rehabilitation cost through its own funds. The new building design of the station is inspired from the design of Bahawalpur’s famous Noor Mahal. This building features modern facilities; including dedicated commercial shopping areas; in addition to the building’s first and second floor consisting of office and public service areas.
